当社は、お客様の個人情 報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破損、改ざん及び漏洩などを防止するため、社内管理体制の整備、社員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理に努めます。

We ensure that customers' personal information will be kept correct and up to data, necessary measures for security will be implemented, such as establishing our personal information management system and making all workers recognize the importance of personal information protection in order to prevent illegal access, the leakage, or loss or destruction of personal information, and any personal information will be under strict control.

個人情報の収集とその使用目的の範囲

当社はお客様のご同意を得て個人情報を収集し、同意を得た範囲でのみ使用致します。当社は、お客さまの個人情報を、次の目的に利用します。

1. 当社各店からの新着商品のご案内
2. 当社各店からのセール、展示会、イベントなどのご案内
3. 各種サービス、メンテナンスのため

また、利用目的の範囲を越えて個人情報を利用する必要性が生じたときは、改めてお客さまから同意を得ることとします。

Management of Personal Information

We ensure to collect personal information on customers' approval and to use it within in the scope of original intent approved by customers. We will use personal information for the purposes: to inform of our new products, to inform of our sale, exhibitions, and events, and to provide each kind of services and to do maintenance When we need to use personal information for purposes other than the original intent, we ensure to obtain customers' consent.

個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止

当社は原則としてお客様の同意なしに個人情報を第三者に開示することは致しません。但し以下の場合には例外として個人情報を開示することがあります。 その場合にも、個人情報の不適切な流出防止をはじめとする保護のための措置が、相手方で確保されるよう努めます。

1. お客様の事前の同意・承認を得た場合
2. 統計的な資料として、お客様個人を識別できない状態に加工した場合
3. その他法令等により提供が必要とされる場合

Not to disclose and provide personal information to third parties

We will not provide personal information to a third party without consent of customers, except the circumstances under conditions: with the prior consents of clients, where no one can be identified as statistic data, and where the acts requires to provide the information. Even in these cases, we ensure that necessary measures are taken by third parties to protect personal information and prevent inappropriate leakage.

お客さまによるご自身の個人情報の開示、修正、削除などのご希望・お問い合わせがなされた場合には、ご本人確認の上、対応させていただきます。
